 James White was admitted as a solicitor in 1981 and has worked as a solicitor in the Toowong area since 1983.
James White predominantly practises in family law, criminal law, civil litigation and estate planning.
Our firm specializes in Mediation. James White is a Queensland Law Society Specialist in Mediation Law. He is also an Nationally Accredited Mediator under the Australian National Mediator Accreditation System.
In respect to Family Law cases, James White is a Registered Family Dispute Resolution Provider able to issue 60l Certificates relating to parenting mediations.

Paula Wigan has also joined us. She has been appointed our inhouse counsellor. She has degrees from the University of Queensland and QUT in Social Work, Arts and Performing Arts.
She has been a family counsellor for over 18 years and is available for counselling sessions in the area of family breakdown and post traumatic stress.
We charge a fixed fee for a first one hour consultation of $220.00 incl of GST.
During the first consultation we will provide an estimate of the legal costs associated with your matter.
